Semi-dry natural fermentation white sparkling wine.
Kept with yeast for at least 30 days after the primary fermentation.
Gentle aroma tones, light and pleasant taste.
Good as aperitif, also goes well with snacks and cheese.
Recommended to serve chilled to 8°C.
